Nach einem erfolgreichen Update ist das Forum jetzt wieder online.
Bitte achtet noch darauf bei "Meine Zeitzone" die für Euch richtige Zeitzone auszuwählen.
Ausserdem sollten jetzt keine Kompatibilitätsprobleme mit dem Internet Explorer 8 mehr auftreten.

Bellona vil at regjeringen skal sørge for at Hurtigruta slutter å bruke tungolje som drivstoff. – Dersom regjeringen mener alvor med å forby tungolje må de ta grep der de kan, sier Konrad Pütz.
– Hurtigruta trafikkerer to tredjedeler av kysten vår, og passerer mange av Norges mest sårbare områder. En ulykke slik vi har sett i Langesund vil kunne få uopprettelige konsekvenser, sier Bellonas Konrad Pütz.

Statlige tilskudd
Pütz mener ikke at Hurtigruta er noe verre enn andre aktører, men at de står i en særstilling på grunn av de høye statlige tilskuddene de mottar:
– Dersom regjeringen mener alvor i sin kamp mot tungolje må de pålegge Hurtigruta og begynne med diesel så raskt som overhodet mulig.
Staten støtter Hurtigruta med 319 millioner over dette års statsbudsjett. På sikt mener Bellona at alle innkjøpte transporttjenester bør benytte fornybart drivstoff. For mer info om dette, se Bellonas klimaplan.

Byttet i fjor
Hurtigruta byttet i fjor drivstofftype fra diesel til bunkerblandingen IF40. Dette er ikke den tyngste av bunkerblandingene, men er allikevel langt tyngre enn diesel.
– Siden Hurtigruta er avhengige av statlige tilskudd stilles det krav om seilingsplaner, havneanløp og så videre. Etter vår mening burde det åpenbart stilles miljøkrav også, sier Pütz.

Ikke klimafiendtlig
Norsk Petroleumsinstitutt gikk i går ut og hevdet at et bytte fra tungolje til diesel vil være klimafiendtlig da omdannelsesprosessen fra tungolje til diesel medfører CO2-utslipp.
– Dette stemmer ikke, sier Christine Karlsen, avdelingsleder for forurensing og avfall i Bellona.
– CO2-utslippene blir nøytralisert av at svovelutslippene synker, noe som fører til et høyere CO2-opptak i havet. Dette har IMO, FNs sjøfartsorganisasjon slått fast. Dessuten blir det mindre gris ved et eventuelt utslipp dersom skipene går på diesel enn når de går på tungolje, sier hun.

CO2-håndtering
– Det er også et poeng at motorers virkningsgrad ville ha vært langt høyere dersom alle motorer hadde brukt samme drivstoff, diesel. I dag bygges motorer for å kunne benytte en rekke forskjellige drivstoff, noe som senker energieffektiviteten, forklarer hun.
